Prepare Ingredients: Rinse and drain 1 cup of ragi rava. Finely chop 1 onion, 1 tomato, and 1 green chili. Grate a 1/2 inch piece of ginger.
Cooking Process: Heat 2 tbsp oil. Splutter 1 tsp mustard seeds, then add 1 tsp urad dal and 1 tsp chana dal until golden.
Add Vegetables and Rava: Sauté onion, green chili, and ginger until translucent. Add tomato and cook until soft.
Final Steps: Pour in 2 cups water, season with salt, and bring to a boil. Gradually stir in ragi rava, cover, and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until soft. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
